1. About InYourCity

InYourCity Digital Agency is the trade name of MOURATIDIS A. & MOURATIDOU Ch. L.P., an Advertising Agency registered in Greece (VAT EL802155806, Tax Office D' Athinon, registered seat 34 Voukourestiou Str., 10671 Athens). We provide paid-media management, social media, performance marketing, SEO, content production (UGC, Reels, TikTok) and related strategy services to business clients in Greece and internationally.

2. Use of the Website

You may browse the website for informational purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure.
• Use automated scrapers, bots or harvesters except for compliant search engine crawlers.
• Copy, modify or redistribute site content without our written permission.

3. Services Engagement

Engagements for advertising-management services (including Google Ads management for client accounts under our Manager (MCC) account, Meta Ads management, and other platform services) are governed by a separate written service agreement signed between InYourCity and the client. Nothing on this website constitutes such an agreement on its own.

4. Google Ads API Use

Where we manage Google Ads accounts on behalf of a client we do so strictly within the scope of the client's authorisation, through the Google Ads API and only for campaign creation, optimisation, reporting and routine account hygiene. We comply with the Google Ads API Terms and Conditions and the Google Ads Policies.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on inyourcity.gr (text, images, video, design, code) is owned by InYourCity or licensed to us, and is protected by Greek and EU copyright law. The InYourCity name and logo are our trademarks.

6. Disclaimers

The website and its content are provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Information on the site is for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer.

Marketing services produce variable results depending on market, budget, creative and audience factors. We do not guarantee specific campaign outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InYourCity is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the website or our services. Where liability cannot be excluded it is limited to the fees paid to InYourCity in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Greek law. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Athens, Greece.

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version takes effect when posted on this page.
